I recently wrote an article called “Should Modern Warfare 3 Keep Black Ops Wager Matches?” and with a reveal of Modern Warfare 3 coming anytime soon i decided to write another one, so should Modern Warfare 3 Have Black Ops Point System?
4 Modern Warfare 3 teaser trailers sprouted up around the internet a few days ago, and with a reveal imminent you might wonder, what will Modern Warfare 3 keep that was in Black Ops? Now this could be nothing or it could be something, we wont know until lots of detail has been released about Modern Warfare 3, however its fun to speculate.
One of the things that separated Black Op’s from other COD games was its point system, with this point system you would be able to buy upgrades/perks/face paint etc using your points (as long as your level was high enough), Instead of having to wait to level to that golden point so that you could get something, you were freely able to get it with your points!
So why should Modern Warfare 3 keep this? the points system seemed to be a big success (atleast i didn’t hear any bad things about it) so im sure nothing bad would happen if it was added to Modern Warfare 3.
Modern Warfare 3 should have this because it is great, there is no longer any need to have to level all that much, and also relying on COD points means that Modern Warfare 3 could have more things to buy therefore increasing the length of playtime.
It seems that the game might not only be being developed by Infinity Ward and sledgehammer games but other game developers aswell therefore the COD Points system might get overshadowed as many other developers might want something else.
IT SHOULDN’T HAVE IT. I HATE THEM! Because whereas all I used to have to do was get to a level, now I have to play for 50 million years to get enough COD points to get the stuff I want.
